Florida Backwoods BBQ is taking shape right here in Southwest Florida. Our inspiration comes from the other side of Florida: cypress country, sunset skies, and good company around a table.

We're building a menu around Lee County Chicken, pulled pork, and family dinners. Simple pleasures. Hearty portions. A reason to pull up a chair.

We're getting the concession trailer ready to serve Southwest Florida, with hopes of opening before Christmas 2026 or after New Year's in early 2027. Timing depends on the work needed to get ready. Check back for our confirmed opening date, first serving location, and schedule.
